It's a nice hotel, great 3 *, modern and bright, very clean, TV 📺 works and not a bad choice of local and international channels, good breakfast and near train station and a nice big mall.

Clean, accessible, very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast selection changes each day and has good variety that way.

Breakfast was good. Location of the hotel is in middle of the town, you can reach most of the important places in Surabaya within minutes.

Excellent 3 star hotel that far exceeded my expectations....in fact I had to check at reception, was it 3 star or 4 star.... Staff went above and beyond, in my experience and I've stayed in hundreds of hotels throughout Asia and Europe for that matter...100 percent in my book..😁

The bed and shower pressure were two of the highlights during my stay in Swiss-Belinn Manyar. I had a very comforting shower after I arrived and slept really well throughout my stay. Staff are really friendly and location is also great. Will definitely stay at this hotel again in the future.
